About Whoo
Whoo is an app for meeting new people, for dating or for friends, through short live chats. AI finds your people. You just talk.
Talk first
Most apps ask you to judge someone by their photos before you've heard a word they say. We think that's backwards.
On Whoo there are no photos, no profiles and no swiping. You meet people by talking. Each chat lasts 3 minutes. Afterwards you each say Yes or No, privately. Only a mutual Yes makes a match, and nobody ever sees a No.
AI does the finding
A new session starts every 5 minutes. Whoo's AI seats you with people you're likely to click with, opens each chat with an icebreaker and can suggest what to say next. It never decides for you. You choose every unlock. On Whoo Plus, if you turn on Auto-Date, your Twin can say Yes or No for you in its own chats.

For everyone, everywhere
Whoo is built for every country and 45 languages. Write in your own language; the person you're talking to reads it in theirs, with your original underneath. Choose Dating or Friends, and switch whenever you like.
Safety built in
No photos or profiles means less to misuse. Every member agrees to our house rules before their first session. You can report and block in every chat, and the other person isn't told. Reports are reviewed by people. Whoo is for adults 18 and over only.
