Questions about your account, sessions, matches, unlocks or the waitlist: hello@meetwhoo.com. We aim to reply within 2 business days. You may find a quicker answer in the FAQ.
Billing for Whoo Plus is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. For refunds, contact them first; we're happy to help if you get stuck.
Safety and reporting
Report or block in any chat from the chat menu. For anything else about safety, or to appeal a decision about your account or content, email safety@meetwhoo.com. Appeals can be made within 6 months of our decision.
Anyone, member or not, can report illegal content on Whoo to safety@meetwhoo.com.
